Momento was founded in 1951 with one clear aim - To manufacture impact sockets and accessories. Located in Flen, Sweden, they are the only factory in the world exclusively manufacturing machine-operated sockets and accessories and produce one of the world’s widest ranges of sockets.

Momento’s mission is to fill the gap between the tool and the threaded fastener. They can supply anything that you might need for this purpose, whether from their existing range or custom-made to fulfil your unique requirements. This is possible as Momento control the whole manufacturing process from design and calculation, cutting of the steel rods, machining, hardening and surface treatment. When it comes to power driving tools, impact sockets are the only answer. Momento’s impact sockets and accessories will fit both impact wrenches, electric nutrunners and hydraulic torque wrenches.

Their primary markets are automotive, mining, shipbuilding, wind-power and the oil and gas industries.

With impact sockets available in 1/4” - 3 1/2” drive from 4mm-255mm, stud runners from M4-M42 and extensions from 30-380mm.

As part of Momento’s long-term environmental initiative, they are the first company in the world to have developed a coating without using any heavy metals in the surface treatment process. The new coating, Momento Silverline, has been developed with the aim to protect the environment through environmentally-friendly manufacturing processes. Their sockets comply with ISO 11774-2, 1703, 1711-2, 2725-2, and 2725-3. Momento are ISO 9001 quality certified and ISO 14001 certified for their environmental management system.
